Mr. Craig's Film Diary

a very important document of my viewing habits

Brief Encounter
Directed by David Lean
Screenplay by Noël Coward, Anthony Havelock-Allan, David Lean and Ronald Neame (based on a play by Noël Coward)
UK, 1945

Watched (at the Ultimate Picture Palace, Oxford) on 29th July 2013
Approximately fifth viewing (first on the big screen)

I love Brief Encounter more every time I see it, and it was especially wonderful to see it on the big screen. What else can I say? Pure cinematic magic.
